Kirsten Jermain is the founder and owner of Solitaire Pilates. She founded the studio to make reformer pilates more accessible, affordable and convenient for people of all backgrounds and experience levels. Kirsten's own journey with reformer pilates began several years ago, when she found herself struggling to find quality classes with flexible scheduling that were offered in a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Since then, Kirsten has become passionate about sharing the power of pilates with her clients, and she loves to witness the ways that pilates can improve someone’s physical and mental wellbeing. When she isn't teaching classes at Solitaire Pilates, Kirsten is laughing with friends, eating great food and being a mother to her cat, Olive.
